AMSPA - Case Study
A 4-year partnership
AMSPA reached out to us in 2022. At that time, they needed editing services for footage captured by a local video production team of their Medical Spa Show (MSS) in Las Vegas. The MSS is a large annual show that takes place over four days and draws about 3,000 people, with multiple educational tracks and several networking events throughout the large halls of The Wynn.
Challenge
The footage captured by a local production company in 2022 provided minimal coverage. The video content felt rushed and incomplete, especially when AMSPA required multiple versions of videos for various social media and sales needs.
Solution
NicheVisuals proposed our own production team (Ralph and Joel) to capture the MSS 23 show. Although we are based in Chicago, we traveled with a lightweight, portable video and photo kit capable of delivering high-quality production anywhere in the U.S.
With a clear understanding of the deliverables, we planned efficiently: one team member focused on video while the other captured still photography.

Outcome
Since MSS 25, we have expanded to a three-person production team. Each show generates approximately 1 TB of video and photo content, fueling AMSPA's year-round marketing initiatives and growing brand visibility. Following each MSS event, we typically deliver:
- 400 professionally edited photos for web, print, and marketing.
- Three recap videos (approximately 3 minutes each) highlighting education, community, and partnerships.
- 12–15 social media cutdowns optimized for 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 formats.
Ever since the successful production at MSS 2023, Amspa has hired us for every MSS show. Furthermore, Niche Visuals became an extension of the AMSPA marketing team. We meet regularly when shows and conferences are scheduled, and we help plan all visual productions essential to AMSPA marketing efforts. In addition to the annual MSS show, we have produced videos and photos for AMSPA’s other conferences, such as Bootcamp and WALC. AMSPA also produces in-house educational courses, which we often film and edit.
